Results. No loss in functionally but no appreciable gain either. Whether or not Unblue actually downloaded files from the VMware servers I leave upl to you guys or another department
I doubt that anything was downloaded directly from VMware however I've not used Uniblue DriverScanner software. Although in cases such as this I would have used additional utilities to see where the Uniblue DriverScanner software was polling for it's information and then from where it was pulling the drivers from. As an example using something as simple as TCPView or Wireshark in addition with other software that monitors application activity, filesystem and Windows Registry changes, etc. Process Monitor comes to mind!
