The Thunderbolt hard drive will show the all like any drive on the Mac and the Fusion doesn’t need to what type of the drive you has (Thunderbolt, FW or USB). This is transparent for any application on the Mac. PC and MAC are interchangeability of drives and this nothing to do with the Thunderbolt, USB or FW. The main thing is Filesystem is on these drives and it’s just a different speed.
