Assuming you have an Intel CPU in your host, VT-x (Virtualization Technology) is a feature of the CPU which has to be enabled in the BIOS in order to run VMs which require it (e.g. 64-bit VMs). VT-x is listed as a system requirement for the BB software you are trying to use.
