If you've deleted those files, specifically the .vmss file, then the Virtual Machine if effectively in a powered off state and failing to resume is no longer the issue however you say "But not fixed" and doing so without providing any further diagnostic/troubleshooting information! So what do you expect as a reply without providing something to diagnose/troubleshoot!?
