I search the file DS2WebAServer.wrf and DS2WebCServer.wrf. I found the error message like:
Thread 5: Error in Login for User user35874412, thread exiting
Thread 3: Login: Username/password incorrect; str_acc length: 1677 str_acc:
But I found the same message on the DS2WebCServer.wrf. At the end of the file it shows "DVDstore_End_Iteration_Number 32". It means that DS2WebCServer are functioning correctly?
I also search the file OlioWeb0,wrf. The file repeat the following section:

I can not find the error message in the file.
