ESX 3.5.0 Cannot view consoles

Morning all,

I have an issue whereby I cannot connect to the console of any of the machines I have running on this ESX box.

I can see all other information, just no console.

I would ideally like to upgrade it to 5.1.0 to match our other ESX server but it has our DC on it (which I cannot even RDP to)..

Any ideas would be much appreciated!!!
