Lost the ability to have multiple vCPUs

Hi,

Today when I tried to migrate a virtual machine in our ESX 3.5 environment I found out the all of a sudden we had lost the ability to migrate Machines with multiple vCPUs withthe following error message.

I the tried to create a new virtual machine with multiple vCPUs, although I could create them I couldn't start them with almost the same error message.

We haven't changed anything with the configuration or license file, anybody got any ideas?
