I guess you are using Workstation 10 TP2 (1245816). Workstation 10 is still under Simplified Chinese translation. So for some untranslated places that you found were expected.
How to change the language?
If you want to change Workstation UI to English, you can open Windows Control Panel, open "Regional and Language", and change format to "English (United State)". Workstation will
display in English.
