Hi dragonzfang Thanks for sharing information and glad to hear tha problem resolved . But what I am thingking microsoft lunched one feature called Automatic delayed started, mean it will start the service automatically but after some time , I hope same thing vmware implemented .Due to which its taking time to start the service.
