I have the same issue as OP. Test environment thankfully, also blade hardware. However it is not HP but an Intel Modular Server system. Very similar to other vendor blade systems with integrated switching, etc. Happens every 7-10 days, started after 5.1u1 upgrade. Hesitant to recommend upgrade to customers on similar hardware now.
