If you are using Enterprise Plus then you'll want to switch to using a single Distributed Switch with 4 uplinks to it. (i'd run route based on physical NIC load)
At that point setup all your port groups and enable NIOC (network io control). Your DVSwitch will be running all of your traffic (management, vmotion, nfs, vm traffic, ft, etc etc)
From there you can prioritize types of traffic based of shares when there is contention, when there is no contention everything will have access to what it needs (up to 4Gbps)
