Does anyone have experience how long it takes to get a response from the sales team, if you use the web form?
I tried yesterday late evening (BST) and today late afternoon (making sure I am on the 'uk' website).
The support team is great, I got an answer straight away and they referred me to the sales team where I am hanging now.
You all know, manager in the neck and 4-5 people waiting, but all you got is a web form
