It may be possible. I don't see why you would need to though. Whats the purpose?
Teaming is usually done on the Hosts and the VM is able to talk to the host at whatever speed the host is capable of. IE. If the Host has 2 physical 1Gbe Nics teamed on the VM Network vSwitch and the Physical switch/s it is technically already teamed on the VM.
