For some reason (doesn't really matter since I will NOT reinstall WS) the program has no library for shared VM's. I created a Windows 8 ordinary VM and then successfully created a shared clone. I can open the shared clone of Windows 8 with the Shared VM's properties and even open it in a browser using WSX. However need a way to autostart the shared VM and I can't seem to be able to with creating or recreating a library of Shared VM's. - no options in the machine properties. I've considered backing up the /home/user/.vmware/inventory.vmls and adding the shared vm but I don't think that will do the trick.
Host is Ubuntu 13.10 if that matters.
Any ideas?
